Rt. Rev. Samuel Noi Mensah is the Presiding Bishop of Full Gospel Church International, a Pentecostal and Charismatic Church with its headquarters in Tema, Greater Accra.

He holds a Bachelor of Theology from Canadian Christian College (Toronto, Canada) and a Masters Degree in Governance and Leadership from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Accra, Ghana.

He is the Founder, Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Omega Leadership International; an organization that is committed to developing, raising leaders and shaping their vision. He is also the Board Chairman of MENERGY International (Gh.) Ltd (the largest indigenous service provider to the oil and gas industry in West Africa), and the Board Chairman of Ghana Chiropractic Society.  Rt. Rev. S.N. Mensah is one of 15 council members of the National Executive Council of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Churches.   He is a stout member of the Million Leaders Mandate leadership faculty of Equip, under Dr. John Maxwell one of the world’s greatest leadership experts. He is a leading facilitator of the Global Leadership Summit in Ghana which attracts over 1500 delegates in the country in four different centers.

He is also an Executive Member of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC) who was voted into office recently with the highest votes amongst his contenders.

 

 

 

 

Rt. Rev. Samuel Noi Mensah is a respected leadership consultant (specialized in leadership and transition management) and an accomplished international speaker, author and publisher. He is a second - generation leader. As a leadership expert and coach, he speaks to Politicians, educational institutions, religious and business organizations in Ghana and other nations including, United States of America, Canada, Italy, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, The Netherlands etc.

As a visionary leader with integrity, he has a passion for public service and has through this commitment impacted positively on the life of many Corporate Managers, Religious Leaders, and the youth of Ghana in the last two and-a-half decades. He has over 30 years experience in leadership development, both in public and religious sectors. 

 

He has been involved in several organizational restructuring, and transition management. His assistance has been utilized in several institutions and churches, corporate reorganizations, Leadership changes and transitions and cultural shifts.  Rt. Rev.
